This page explains how content on AIrunic is planned, written, reviewed and maintained. It applies to every article, review and guide on the Site.

Our mission

To publish practical, accurate, and honest information that helps readers make better decisions — without hype, clickbait, or hidden commercial influence.

Editorial independence

• Our editorial team decides what to cover and what to say. Advertisers, affiliates and sponsors have no say in article content, rankings or conclusions.
• We do not accept payment for positive coverage, rankings, or “guaranteed” mentions.
• Sponsored content is clearly labelled “Sponsored” at the top of the page and is kept separate from editorial content.

Research and sourcing

• We rely on primary sources: official documentation, original studies, company announcements, and our own hands-on testing.
• Secondary sources are used only when reputable and are linked so readers can verify.
• Statistics and claims are attributed. If a figure cannot be verified, it is not published.

Hands-on testing

Where we review products or tools, we use them ourselves. Reviews state what was tested, for how long, and on what plan or version. We do not rewrite marketing copy as a “review”.

Use of AI tools

We may use AI tools to assist with research, outlining, or editing. Every published article is written, fact-checked and approved by a human editor. AI is never used to fabricate experiences, quotes, data or testing results.

Accuracy and corrections

• Articles are fact-checked before publishing.
• Errors are corrected as soon as they are confirmed. Material corrections are noted on the page with the date.
• Readers can report errors via our Contact page.

Updating content

Articles with time-sensitive information are reviewed periodically and updated. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent substantive revision. Content that can no longer be kept accurate is removed.

Affiliate and advertising disclosure

Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you purchase through them at no additional cost to you. This does not affect our recommendations. Display advertising is served by third-party networks and is not controlled by our editorial team.

Conflicts of interest

Writers must disclose any financial or personal relationship with a company or product they cover. Where a conflict exists, the writer is reassigned or the relationship is disclosed in the article.

Guest contributors

Guest articles must meet the same standards as staff content. They are edited and fact-checked before publication and carry the author’s name and a short bio. We do not publish paid guest posts disguised as editorial.
