Content Review Policy

Accuracy does not end at publication. This policy describes how we review and maintain content on AIrunic.
1. Pre-publication review
Before any article goes live, it passes three checks:
- Fact check – every statistic, claim, quote and product detail is verified against a primary source.
- Editorial review – structure, clarity, readability, and adherence to our Editorial Policy.
- Technical review – links work, images are correctly credited, and all disclosures are in place.
2. Scheduled reviews
- Evergreen guides – reviewed at least every 12 months.
- Product reviews and comparisons – reviewed every 6 months, or sooner when the product changes pricing, features or ownership.
- News and time-sensitive posts – reviewed within 30 days of major related developments.
Each review results in one of: no change needed, minor update, major rewrite, or removal.
3. Trigger-based reviews
An article is reviewed immediately when:
- A reader reports an error.
- A source we cited is retracted or updated.
- A product or service we reviewed is discontinued or significantly changed.
- New regulation or industry change affects the topic.
4. Update transparency
- Substantive updates change the “Last updated” date on the article.
- Material factual corrections are noted at the bottom of the article with the date and a brief description.
- Minor edits (typos, formatting, link fixes) do not require a note.
5. Retiring content
When an article can no longer be kept accurate, useful, or relevant, we either redirect it to a better resource on the Site or remove it and return a 410/404 status. We do not leave outdated advice online.
6. Reader reports
If you believe something on the Site is wrong or outdated, email contact@airunic.com with the page URL and the issue. Every report is logged and reviewed within 5 working days.
7. Responsibility
The AIrunic Editorial Team is responsible for enforcing this policy.
